Your call will be transferred to the on-call veterinarian who will assess the situation and provide initial guidance. If our on-call veterinarian is currently caring for another patient needing emergency care and you reach the voicemail, please leave a clear detailed voicemail including a contact number and your call will be returned as soon as possible.

If your pet requires immediate in-clinic care during regular business hours, you can bring them directly to our clinic anytime. A veterinarian or technician will assist you as soon as possible.

For farm animal emergencies after hours, the on-call veterinarian will determine if they need to come to the clinic or travel to your farm for the most appropriate treatment.
